Have been doing alot of research and understanding how it works. I can conclude that Googlekit is a scam and it will rip you off if you decide to go with it.
What Googlekit's do is they set up a website for you and register it with Google Adsense, but the catch is they are charging you heaps more than what you could have done it yourself.
First and most important point of all is that, Googlekit or Google Cash, is in no way affliated with Google. Which means Google is not responsible for any scams and lost.
Some websites try to mislead people to believe that Googlekit is affliated with Google.
Secondly, its pretty easy to setup a website for a very low cost or even for Free such as sites.google.com , https://www.blogger.com/start offering free website hosting.
Thirdly, you can sign up for Google Adsense for free. What Google Adsense does is that it matches ads to your site's content and audience, and depending on the type of ad, you can earn money from clicks or impressions.
For example, if you have a website (or you can create one in less than 5 minutes, but you do have to do some work on your website to add wordings or edit the look and feel of the website) you can sign up to Google Adsense for free, and AdSense for content automatically crawls the content of your pages and delivers text and image ads that are relevant to your audience and your site content.
For example ads will appear on your website and you earn money depends on a number of factors including how much an advertiser bids on your site -- you'll receive a portion of what the advertiser pays. The best way to find out how much you'll earn is to sign up and start showing ads on your web pages.

The above example is one of Google Adwords advertisements. The advertisers simply uses Google Adwords to drive traffic into their websites in order to drive up their sales.
The Advertiser than pays for have their ads displayed, but only costs per click, which means only will cost the advertiser when someone actually clicks the ads and go to their website.
Which again also means when someone clicks the ads your website displayed which drives it to the advertiser websites, you'll earn a portion of what the advertiser pays for costs per click.
The bid price for ads will depend on how popular the keyword is along with the amount of advertisers bidding on the keyword to advertise on.
For example, so lets say you have a electronics store online. And your having a sale on MP3 players. The first thing that will pop in your mind is bidding on the keyword MP3. You have to keep in mind people searching for MP3 on google do so for different intrests. Some people might be searching for the music downloads and not MP3 players You don't want to pay for anyone "searching for MP3 songs to download" to go to your website. What you want is people that want to buy and purchase MP3 players. So your keywords would correspond to this; "Purchase MP3 players" "buy new MP3 players.
Forthly, There are tons of costs which people might not be aware of when they decide to sign up for Google Kit. I have quoted the terms and conditions of one of those website, please read carefully:

See the catch? so it works out after 7 days, it will costs $29.95 + $4.95 + 9.95 = $44.85 per month, so that's $29.95 per month, for something that you can do yourself for free of charge and $4.95 + $9.95 for something that didn't even ask for or wanted and still will be charged for it.
I have even seen reviews which says the toll-free number doesn't work, how hideous is that? so if you imagine signed up for one and that trying to cancel...
After all, I have also seen other reviews that also say that Google kit or Google Cash is a scam (you will probably find some reviews by just google-ing). I would really like to get this message across so that the number of people that will fall into the scam will be less.It is just terrible how some scammers just rip-off people on the internet for those who is really keen to make a living on the internet or some extra money for support. At the same time, let people aware of ideas of how to utilise Google Adsense and Google Adwords for generating income.
